Hypertherm Navigator CNC Monitor CRT Replacement Kit

This kit includes the following items:

• CRT monitor
• Bezel
• Mounting screws
• Documentation

Installation instructions

1. Power down the CNC machine and disconnect all power sources.
2. Remove the bezel from the old CRT monitor.
3. Remove the four mounting screws that hold the old CRT monitor in place.
4. Carefully remove the old CRT monitor from the CNC machine.
5. Place the new CRT monitor in the CNC machine and secure it with the four mounting screws.
6. Reattach the bezel to the new CRT monitor.
7. Power on the CNC machine and verify that the new CRT monitor is working properly.

Troubleshooting

If you are experiencing problems with the new CRT monitor, please refer to the following troubleshooting steps:

1. Check the connections between the CRT monitor and the CNC machine.
2. Verify that the power supply to the CRT monitor is correct.
3. Try a different CRT monitor to rule out a problem with the monitor itself.
4. Contact Hypertherm technical support for further assistance.
